Kilauea Volcano is on the watch list! It's aviation color code is ORANGE! THAT'S BAD! So far it's remained stable, but it has the potential to become a real bad volcano. There have been no severe changes in the status of Kilauea Volcano. Causes are essentially scientifically known and proven.
This morning, the plume was ascending upwards more than 800 m (2,600 ft) above the caldera floor; by 7 am, the plume is again being blown southwest really high above the Ka`u Desert. 19.42°N 155.29°W, Summit Elevation 4091 ft (1247 m)
